The agreement between you and us.

These Terms are the agreement between you and AREHSOFT LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we,” “us,” “our”), for using prompts2products.com and our services. By using the site, subscribing, buying, or joining the community, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the services.

1 · Who can use this

You must be at least 18 years old to use the services or buy anything from us. By using the services, you confirm you are 18 or older. If you use the services for a company, you confirm you’re allowed to act for it.

2 · What we offer

  • The free newsletter and free resources
  • The paid newsletter (subscription, currently $9/month, delivered and billed through Substack)
  • The book, Hey Claude (currently $14.99, sold through Payhip)
  • The community / Inner Circle (subscription, currently $29/month, hosted and billed through Whop)
  • Workshops (included with the community)
  • Done-for-you builds (a separate paid service)

We may change, add, or remove parts of the services, and update prices, at any time. Current prices and details are shown at checkout.

3 · Accounts

If you create an account (for the community, for example), keep your login details safe and don’t share them. You’re responsible for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect someone else is using it.

4 · Payments, subscriptions, and renewals

  • Paid items are billed through our platforms: the paid newsletter through Substack, the community through Whop, and the book through Payhip.
  • Subscriptions (the paid newsletter and the community) renew automatically each billing period until you cancel.
  • You can cancel any time; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
  • We don’t store your full card details; our payment providers handle that.

5 · Refunds

Our products are digital and you get access right away, so all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, except where a refund is required by law. By buying, you agree to this. If something genuinely went wrong with your order, email hello@arehsoft.com and we’ll do our best to help.

6 · Community rules

The community only works if it stays a good place to be. When you join, you agree to:

  • Be respectful. No harassment, hate, threats, or spam.
  • Not share or resell paid content, recordings, the Vault, or other members’ work outside the community.
  • Not post anything illegal, harmful, or that isn’t yours to share.
  • Follow any additional community guidelines we post.

We may remove content or remove members who break these rules, without refund where appropriate.

7 · What’s ours (intellectual property)

The newsletter, the book, the courses, the Vault, the prompts, the frameworks, the site, and our branding are owned by AREHSOFT LLC or our licensors. We give you a personal, limited, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning and projects. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or publicly share our paid materials. Anything you build for yourself is yours.

8 · What’s yours (your content)

Anything you post or send us stays yours. By posting it, you give us permission to show and use it as needed to run the services (for example, displaying your message in the community). You’re responsible for what you share, and you confirm you have the right to share it.

9 · Third-party tools and platforms

We teach you to use third-party tools (like Claude by Anthropic, and others) and we run parts of our services on third-party platforms, including Substack, Whop, and Payhip. We don’t control those tools or platforms, we’re not responsible for them, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and pricing. We’re not affiliated with or endorsed by them unless we clearly say so.

10 · Done-for-you builds

Any done-for-you project is governed by a separate written agreement (scope, price, timeline, and deliverables). Nothing on the website is a binding quote, contract, or guarantee of a specific outcome.

11 · No guarantees

Our services are provided “as is.” We share information, examples, and methods in good faith, but we don’t promise specific results, income, funding, or outcomes. See our Disclaimer. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated here.

12 · Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, AREHSOFT LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the services. Where liability can’t be excluded, it’s limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

13 · Indemnity

You agree to cover us for claims and costs arising from your misuse of the services or your breach of these Terms.

14 · Ending access

You can stop using the services any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or the community rules.

15 · Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless mandatory law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim somewhere else.

16 · Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We’ll update the date above and, for big changes, give clearer notice. Continuing to use the services means you accept the updated Terms.
